WTB Wm. Malcolm rear mount

Looking for an old Wm Malcolm rear mount to finish one of my Malcolm scopes. It has the .710" block with about a .115 hole for the attachment screw. But I'd accept a Malcom mount for a wider block and make up shims to make it work also.
This is the type mount I'm looking for:
