30:1 vs 40:1 alloy in .43-45 caliber rifles

I've shot through all of my 20:1 I mixed 4 years ago and have enough lead and tin to make another 5 years worth of alloy. The 20:1 worked well enough but I'd like to stretch my tin out since I got it at a good price.

Is there a significant difference between 30 or 40:1 alloy when it comes to leading? All of my rifles are military single shots that require alot of bump up & shooting to more or less 1400fps. Paper patch is just pure lead.
