Thank god my journal got here today. Ole finally busted over the mountain. Delivering mail is not so easy here in Central Idaho like where you Eastern flatlanders live with all yer roads fair weather and flat lands and such.
  
A blind squirrel runs into a tree every once in a while.

I'm a flat four hour drive from the printer/mailhouse where they come from, the membership administrator, and I still don't have mine.  The problems with the Journal mailing in the last few months is mind boggling. I dare to say I have had more problems in the last 5 months than all the problems of the previous 5 years.  I have a pile of problems to get figured out yet from the last Journal....something I plan to tackle tomorrow.  USPS is a four letter word around my house.

i have a schoyen peterson ballard that is almost identical to the one on the cover except mine has a hammerless breach block and a peterson palm rest and it's in 22 lr.   tony<><

Nice to see a few pages on German schuetzen rifle matches, considering they are the only rifles I shoot. The rest of the journal was excellent also.
