	Hello ASSRA, Received my membership card in the mail today here in Australia, Thank-you. There was to be some other merchandise sent with it, that did not arrive. Could someone please check where this might be up to for me? Regards, David.

	Hi David, The membership and any merchandise ordered are two separate transactions on our end. They would not arrive together. Once your merchandise ships I would assume you will get notice but don't quote me on that. I just take care of the membership and I am happy you received the mailing. Mike

	Hello Mike, Thank-you for the prompt response. The initial order was around a month ago, thought I may have heard about dispatch by now? I had sent two emails to the address on the order receipt that have gone unanswered to date. Regards, David.

	Hi David, I am as close to a merchandise person as we have, that's not saying much. Our merchandise is handled thru a third party vendor who may or may not return emails. Here is their contact that may help. You may have already tried. If it is as disorganized as our domestic mail service, who knows when it will arrive. If you don't get it within the next month, let me know and I'll figure out how to refund your money. 	Hello Alan, Thank-you for your reply. I emailed Printful with all the information provided. They first asked if I had an account with them to which I replied that I did not. They have since replied to say that they are unable to help in any way. I suppose that is fine for security purposes? I think the best option might be for you to just refund the money for the other item, obviously not the membership fees please. Might just be the simplest way by the looks of it? Regards, David.
