	For my fellow ASSRA enthusiasts who hunt for and use the “proper” equipment for loading our SS rifles, I’m pleased to announce that sometime yesterday or last night the Antique Reloading Tool Collectors Association website (ARTCA.com) is back up after a major overhaul. Lots of questions that are asked here can be answered easily there. Froggie

	This worked for me and is using HTTPS so it should be OK with your browser. If not you probably have a security setting that might require you to allow that site. (You need to *Login* or *Register* to view media files and links) Jack
