ER Shaw barrel

I have a new barrel with '03 threads, in 30-06, 23-3/4" long. The bore and chamber are mirror-bright. It appears to be short-chambered.There is a partial hole drilled in the third barrel thread on the top. There are no marks. It was sold as an ER Shaw match barrel. How can I tell if it's a Shaw barrel?
