Locking secure display

Now that my collection has grown a bit, I have some rifles that are a bit of a shame to have locked away in a safe, and I'd like to display them in the walls in my office, but I'm concerned about security (especially since I live in a California neighborhood)

Does anyone have ideas to be able to display rifles on a wall mount, but still be locked and secure?

Probably will need a walk-in safe.

Nothing is 100% secure but. Chain run through trigger guards works well. Quality chain and lock cut takes more tool than most thieves carry.

Any case that displays the gun will likely have a glass front, and even locked they aren't really secure.

An eye lag screw for the trigger guard and a good padlock worked for me when we where in and antique shop.  But a falling block might not work.

Display life size photographs. In full color.

White light holograms would be better showing a different rifle every few seconds.

I suppose you could put a deep box on the wall only slightly longer than your longest rifle. Then you could have a few vertical bars recessed in and secured to the top and bottom of the box - hinged at the top and secured by a lock at the bottom. The idea being that no matter how you could move the rifle it would never clear the side of the box and the bars to slip out.

Noise is the burglar's greatest enemy. A proximity sensor with battery backup to a 120 decibel horn will keep them running unless the most determined burglar. The on/off switch should be hidden.

Also a sign stating:
1. - The serial number and a photographic description are off-premise.
2. - The rifle is single shot.
3. - The rifle only has value to a limited number of collectors.

My alarm company uses computer-assisted microphones that monitor any unusual activity, goes to a real person for suspicious noises, and they call the police. (I was in the hospital while contractors were finishing the siding on my house. The unusual noise from constant pounding summoned the police and only the neighbor's intervention kept them from getting arrested.)

The wall rack with chain system was used at most Coast Guard stations. However late 60,s early 70’s  we were armed with hand me downs & antiques.  CG today is heavily armed no doubt has safe lockers each station.
