Had a low wall takedown about 30 years ago. Took in trade at a gun show but didn't have the money to keep it.

How rare are these?

The take down ‘walls are a small but interesting subset of production, with the low wall version being an even smaller subset.  I have a high wall that I put together like Johnny Cash’s Cadillac. It’s obviously a bit of a mongrel, but it’s my mongrel and it will always be!
FWIW, the take down low wall was almost legendary until collectors and shooters started turning up with them.  I don’t have my Campbell books handy, but I don’t think even he exposed them until Vol 2.
