logging in trouble....

I got a new laptop that won't let me log in here. Everywhere else went fine. As you see, the old computer still works honky-dory. If you may recall recent posters have had to announce themselves using newly created names and accounts. I don't want to do that with the new laptop. So, my question is ....... any ideas for me, and perhaps others wishing to retain the old moniker they had, or guys in the future that have this come up like I did?

I see you already asked in the forum help area, which is what I'd have done. But if Josh doesn't reply I'd send him a direct message to Josh Borton through the site and ask for his help.

just casting out the query to folks here that may be far wiser in the use of computers than I am, Vall. After all, if these guys know so much about old guns they may be nearly as savvy about the mysteries in these damn internet things.

If California keeps burning the forests every year, there will be a logging industry panic. I don't know how the dolts do it so often. Think somebody'd learn.
