Riedl rifle info?

Looking for any information on the Riedl rifle.  Have one at a gunsmith because it won't cock and he, the gunsmith, is an excellent smith for most everything but can't figure this one out.   

It will cock the first time he assembles it but not after that.

Does anyone have an exploded drawing or any other info regarding these things?
