The Pacific measure has brass cylinders with holes drilled for various amounts of powder. Right are drilled, three are not. The B&M measures just one volume of powder. It is not adjustable. Looks to be about 80 grains of black powder. Both measures are brass and iron construction. $150 shipped for everything. My photos are too big for here. Here is a link for one photo.
