Steve gifted this treasure to me - my first rolling block!  What is it?  Who made it?  Appears to be a 30 or 32 caliber rimfire.

That’s some sheet brass work around the action area of that stock! 
I have a soft spot for those old ones that someone worked hard to keep working. There’s some stories in that old flobert.
