Hello, I have a Sharps replica that has been re barreled with a badger. The rifle was used for silhouette. The only markings are on the tang it CR1 9 and on the breech block has 300 on it and the reciever behind the fore end has 1059.
Any help in identifying the maker would be greatly appreciated.

Not much to go on. One possible company is Classic Rifles in Oregon which produced some nice 1874's but only for a short time
(CR 1 9)

You can do a search for John Mitchell at Classic Rifle Co. in Bend, Oregon, and maybe call John to see if he might help?
