As of tonight’s Brushy Mtn Club meeting we have our dates for next year’s matches. We have our two dates as usual, the last Friday and Saturday of June (6/27&28) and September (9/26&27). Let’s all hope we will avoid hurricanes and derechos this year!

I got some great news last week.  The young man who provided the super backer board for us a few years ago just came up with a bunch more.  This should last until I’m much too old to run these matches!

Also, I talked to the club president of our host club and reconfirmed our dates for 2025; 27&28 June and 26&27 September ~ the last Friday and Saturday of both months.  Start planning ahead and saving those dates to be there. Remember, you must be present to attend!

Great news!  AND I'm getting around almost all the time now without a cane!  Just picked up a Handi Rifle in 22 Hornet.  Needs a peep sight, but the trigger is excellent!  Now if I can get the parts for my trap door from Moody Holler (to lighten its trigger pull)...
