C Sharps Hopkins and Allen 22RM

Does anyone out there have any experience with this rifle? For some reason, it has piqued my interest.

Don’t know about the C Sharps rifles, but I have an original that I rebuilt and it is a sweetheart to shoot.  It’s a very handy size rifle.  I like it a lot.  The action seems quite strong despite its small size.  The breech block snaps open and closed crisply.  The only drawback I’ve encountered is the extractor.  It might be just a problem with the replacement I made, but it requires a brisk opening of the breech block to extract properly.

There is a local shooter that has at least one and was looking to get another.  He is very happy with accuracy and quality. He is on this forum on occasion maybe he will check in.

I actually own 3 of them: 22lr, 22 Mag, and 17HMR. I love them.

Although C Sharps has a buyers list going for the next production run, the H&A is on hiatus as they are dedicating resources to 1874 and 1885 production.
