Very good bore, not perfect but close. 
No inspector marks on stock. 
Ramrod correct type but is cut down from a infantry model, not threaded but can easily corrected. I think the thread was 10-32. Lock plate lightly stamped, I don't believe it was buffed because all edges are sharp and surface is flat.

Includes bayonet and scabbard 

This is an antique but some states will require a FFL transfer.
