For Sale: Borchardt Receiver and 30" Round Barrel by C. Sharps

The barrel originally came from the estate of Ed Webber, Big Timer, Montana. It has sat on my rack next to two other Borchardt barrel-actions and none of them have seen progress in the last 2-3 years.

The barrel is full round and 30 inches long. It tapers from 1.2315" to 0.9655" at the muzzle. It has approx. 1-in-16.5" twist. It has dovetails cut for the mainspring block and front sight. The barrel is .32 caliber and the slot for the extractor has been cut but the barrel has not been chambered.

The action is semi-polished, but no other parts are available. Dick Binger had parts of a stripped breech block at Etna Green two weeks ago. That would get you much closer to completion.

[b]Price: (includes shipping via US Priority mail)

First "I'll take it" posted here gets it.

Thank you,
Joe

Whoa... very tempting Joe!
Would make a nice place to park one of these FZika DST's I'm building out right now from Rodney's kits.

Here are one of the other two incomplete projects.

The triggers are actual Zischang triggers I bought on eBay. They were listed as muzzle-loading triggers.

Joe,
This last action and triggers are something I could get real interested in!

Well a day late and several dollars short. I just sold an unused deer rifle this morning to be able to have the cash to buy this with. Oh well enjoy your purchase...

Maybe chipmaker will return with a completed project. Hope so as I would really like to see that project completed into a working firearm.
