Does anyone know where to get one of these clamp on muzzle rests
or sleads ? Buffalo Arms used to sell one but it’s no longer on their site. I believe someone might have rough castings of it for sale

Laurie Gapko, ie fallingblock on this forum, and also our club secretary sells a nice brass barrel sled.  He will probably chime in here otherwise he is the guy to contact.

I do have a few left they are $200 plus postage. They are 6" wide. I have found that the narrower originals torque when firing the extra width helps but with heavy recoil also will rotate.

I will try to find my pictures which I have posted on the forum in the past.

Cheers,
Laurie

when Laurie's original thread was current, I asked why can a front bogie on a barrel be six inches wide to obviate the cant from shot to shot, but a more typical fitting, the flat fore stock, used to do the same task, only be three inches to be legal. I still want to know.......anybody?
