The situation at Accurate Moulds has been explained over on the forum where they can’t spell. Apparently, Tom is in the process of retiring and turning the mould business over to someone new (an employee?)  By the best information I’ve seen, e-mails do get answered…

It's not the programming, it's the tooling. Long and skinny to reach the nose, prone to chatter. An additional tool, has to blend in nicely with the other. And its going to be a 'custom' tool, likely hand ground for relief. Keep it as fat as possible, as deep as possible.

Or you bore what you can, and use a form tool resembling a drill or reamer to finish off the nose.
