Cartridge Seater for Hepburn?

Steve Rhoades (sp?P) used to make seater for Hepburns.  Is anyone still making these?

Eric is a great guy,
I’ve bought a few Sharps seaters from him
He also makes delrin cleaning rods and bore pigs out of delrin that accept an o-ring and patch, very effective design for BP cleaning between shots

I think it is all in the picture since it is a cartridge and not a bullet seater. The end next to the breech would be a cam just to apply even pressure to the cartridge base to fully seat it so the block will close. Doesn't look too complicated. I have a piece of brass. I might give it a try so I will have one for my Hepburn.
