Downloading PMs?

Is there any easy way to dump select or all of the PMs I've gotten?  I'd like to have them on a text file on my computer.

I can't find a way to save them other than in your used control panel.   You can print them, but that's a pain  or screen shot them, an even bigger pain. Sorry
