It was awkward. Nothing new for me...  While holding a door open for a lady at the Golden West Restaurant this evening I said to her, welcome to the Golden West Motel....

Really awkward. I didn't have to say anything. I could have just kept my mouth shut.

The Chinese lady can smile now.  I found a stock just like te original that is structurally sound.  It only had a small crack at the toe and a small hole just back uf the upper tang.  They are now repaired.  I will still do some reshaping of the shotgun butt stock.
