Anyone load for this and are dies necessary or can it be done 'around the campfire'?

I shoot a #1 Maynard in 36. No dies required. 
19 grains 1 1/2 Swiss and 5cc cream of wheat with a 230gr .370 bullet on top.

This is my offhand load for skirmishing, NSSA.
