Bullet for my 33-47 High Wall

I am not sure I got this right, but I ended up with several hundred 33 caliber bullets from an estate so I decided to re-barrel one of my high walls to that caliber.  I initially ended up trading one of my seaters for a nice 44 cal Ballard barrel which I traded for a ready to install 33-47 high wall barrel which is now firmly screwed on an action.  A few holes for scope mounts got me to where I am now.
The results in my first 2 outings have been less than satisfying (especially since I shot my chrony before I could find a powder charge to get me in the 1400 fps range.  A replacement chrony arrived and I made my second trip to the range.  I had what I first thought was a keeper load (for 3 shots at least), but it wasn't to be (see target below).  Then I measured the twist and it came out at 9.75.  So I am thinking that the bullets that I ended up with that started this whole sage might not be the best choice.  I Have a loaner mould that casts a 1,3" 265 gr bullet on the way to replace the 216 .995" and 231 1.13" bullets that I have.
If you have made it this far, what I seek is a recommended bullet for a fast twist.  A .340 base band bullet seems to fit well.

Thanks

Jack

Jack,
With that twist, you could shoot a spitzer bullet 1.9 long.

If you want to use 4227, a load between 15 & 16 gr will get you into the 1400+ range.

Here's a bullet I designed for Dale Stadler, back in 2018, for his 10 twist.

He had Brooks make the mold. It shot well but, he didn't like the recoil, as I remember.
