I think I have heard they will. He ships barrels under a surname. In other words he calls them something else.

Best find out first. I just received an order of 8 Coleman lantern mantles from Canada. The order form charged $2.19 shipping. When it arrived It bore a $2.09 Canadian stamp. A collection form marked $3.31 additional postage was affixed to the business-size envelope. So, $5.50 to transport a few mantles costing $4.00. At one time there was a treaty or agreement between our 2 countries that said they would transport first class mail bearing the country of origin's proper stamp, no additional postage. Apparently not any more. So those ordering large, expensive items from Canada might want to nail down the cost first. A couple years ago I ordered a bullet mold from Sweden and it was less than $6 postage.

I recently priced out a barrel from RKS... (about 4 - 5 months ago)

As I 'was' keenly interested in experimenting with a gain twist barrel and because they have such a great reputation for quality, I was ready to jump in...

However after I spoke with Ron's son who is running the business I decided it was going to be too expensive.  Unfortunately I don't have the exact numbers that he quoted nor do I have a great memory but as I recall I would be in it for almost $700.00 for just the rifle blank. Now don't quote me but rather do your own research on not only the blank but the shipping and the 35% tariff on Canadian products.

After I did a back of the napkin calculation I dismissed the idea of getting one from RKS.

Having said that I found Ron's son to be very affable.

One final thought,
If your going to buy or ship a barrel via USPS, don't ship in a round tube.
Their conveyor systems with their bends and turns have a propensity for ejecting round tube into the abyss.

Every now and then Ron sends barrels to CPA.  A few years ago I ordered one from CPA, a 32 cal gain twist, profiled to octagon Winchester #4, and it was around $700.

Funny that I bought a barrel that was made in Canada, profiled in America, and then sent back to Canada  Cheesy.
