I think I have heard they will. He ships barrels under a surname. In other words he calls them something else.

Best find out first. I just received an order of 8 Coleman lantern mantles from Canada. The order form charged $2.19 shipping. When it arrived It bore a $2.09 Canadian stamp. A collection form marked $3.31 additional postage was affixed to the business-size envelope. So, $5.50 to transport a few mantles costing $4.00. At one time there was a treaty or agreement between our 2 countries that said they would transport first class mail bearing the country of origin's proper stamp, no additional postage. Apparently not any more. So those ordering large, expensive items from Canada might want to nail down the cost first. A couple years ago I ordered a bullet mold from Sweden and it was less than $6 postage.
