Anyone try the 120 Mos is a fixed Ammo form with any luck, in either 25-20 WCF of ss?

I think twist rate will be an issue with a bullet of that weight. Assuming the standard 1:14 twist for 25-20 WCF and a 1" bullet (assuming the MOS is pretty "stubby") you will have to get to 2000 fps to reach marginal stability.  Increase the twist rate to 1:10 (I have one for a low wall in 25-20 WCF, to shoot heavier bullets) and the 1" bullet should stabilize at around 1200 fps - a more reasonable speed for this cartridge and bullet weight.

Mine are all 1-10 or 1-9 twist. They shoot the 120 mos breech seated really well. But need a fixed load for a specific use.

I would say (in a strong rifle) that you could use your BS load and reduce it 1 to 1.5 grains and "fire for effect". Adjust from there.
