Once again, I would like to thank Gerald for his hard work in helping to set up the range. I also want to thank those of you who helped to take the range down after the match; Tom Jones, Lowell Rogers, and Dave Newell.

We will be shooting again June 1-2, and August 10-11, 2024. I hope you can join us.

Thanks for coming out and supporting us. We had a nice turnout finishing with 16 registered shooters. The weather was mild, winds around 5-10mph. Shooting conditions were excellent for the most part I should say, but mirage was a bit of a challenge. The air was heavy with a good deal of humidity too.

One of the highlights for our August gathering is to see the artwork for our King Target. Below on the left is pictured Gerald Klitz, the creator of this year’s target. Our tradition has been that whoever wins the King’s match is responsible for next year’s target. It was on Gerald to come up with this year’s entry. Gerald told me he did an online search for old King targets from past years, what he found served as the inspiration for this one. Gerald told me he worked on it for a good many months. We appreciate your effort & thanks!!!

On the right is pictured Brian Dyrcz winner of this year’s event. His shot was closest to the center, if you look very carefully you can see the shot just under the armpit of the shooter holding his cleaning rod in the air.

Ledball, the Gopher Rifle and Revolver Club is located about 50 miles norht of the Minneapolis/St.Paul metro area. We are easy to find, we're just off of I-35 heading north. We have two events per year, one the first week of June, the other the second week of August.
