Winchester High Wall Barrel ID

I've recently joined the forum.  Recently bought out Doc White of Green River Rifle Works.  You can find me on other forums to verify I exist and  deal in traditional muzzleloaders on americanlongrifles.org, muzzleloadingforum.com, facebook and gunbroker as AZ Muzzleloaders.  More modern rifles are not my expertise.  I did receive a few non muzzleloader barrels in the purchase.  One was the attached photos of what I was told is a Winchester High Wall.  Marked Ron Long, Denver.  40 caliber.  Can't list for sale as I don't have 10 posts yet.  Thanks in advance for ID help.

Barrel is marked 7 18 87 Ron Long. Denver.   
1:18 or 20 twist
29" x 1.5" taper to 1.47"

Cartridge base diameter is 0.54".  Chamber measures 0.45" X 1.77".   
Threaded portion is 0.94" x 16 Threads per Inch.
