I never tried calling.  A whois lookup shows the same phone number is registered for that domain.

Wanted to follow up with this. None of the phone numbers work. Theres absolutely no way to get in touch with this company if they don't respond to email. 
In other good news, my bullets miraculously showed up, just as another member suggested they would!
So, yes, this is a legit company. They could probably improve a few things to improve visibility from the customers end.
