Problems with PMs with attachments

I've sent a couple of PMs with attachments (photos) recently.  Later when I checked the sent PMs the attachments were deleted which makes me wonder if the recipient of the PM actually received the photo on their end.  Is this normal.

I checked your messages, I do see the 2 messages you sent today, and they show they should have an attachment, however I do not see the attachment files in the storage area. The only time those files should be removed is if YOU delete the message from your sent folder. (the recipient deleting their message should not affect it).

So yes, most likely something happened and the files did not get uploaded properly, and the recipient did not see them.

Do make sure your attachments are small enough (must be under 500 KB) The forum SHOULD have thrown an error if they were too big.

Let me know if you continue to have issues with PM attachments.
