Schoyen Stevens Model 52

It’s a bad picture but it’s my Schoyen Stevens in a 44 action. Factory scope, rings and tang sight. I don’t know what the front sight is. Maybe one Schoyen made?? It’s very small and has cross wires in it. 33-40 with false muzzle but not bullet starter or rod. Does anyone know what his rods were made from?

My original Schoyen loading rod was hickory with a rosewood "handle" that had a brass ferrule.  The handle was steel-pinned in place.  The business end also had a steel-pinned brass ferrule.

My Schoyen Ballard with false muzzle barrel came sans the rod, so I'd like to see an original if someone still has one so I could copy it to make one.
