We know that Moody's rifle was rechambered because the proof marks show that it was originally a 8.15X46R and we are told that a 30-30 will chamber. A 30-30 won't chamber in a 8.15X46R chamber without sizing.
It was also probably rechambered outside of Germany, as it hasn't undergone a re-proof and probably in 32 Win Sp as this is the most commonly encountered rechambering for the 8.15X46R
Moody
It's probably not chambered for the 30-30, as the .308" bullets would rattle down the bore. A chamber cast is the best way to see what you have. You could also fire form a 30-30 case and it wouldn't be a surprise, if it looked like a 32 Win Sp. I think that the 32 Win. Sp is the next size up, to clean up a bad 8.15X46R chamber.

Your stalking rifle looks like a true falling block. Yes? My rifle is closer to a tilting block. Maybe Moody will tell us if the block in his rifle tilts or is a true falling block.

4 different rifles, 4 different action types. There are many more....

Good comment about the variety of actions built by German and Austrian gun makers.

Mike is correct that the rifle could have been rechambered. I have seen several rifles that were rechambered from 8x46R.  A chamber cast is the easiest was to check & verify the current chamber cartridge.

All, some very nice looking rifles with interesting actions.

There were a number of actions made like this targeted at the custom makers. I don't think there is a specific maker they can be ascribed to.

If your rifle is not in 7.62 and you can't hit what you are aiming at with de-linked machinegun ammo you are a pretender.

Someone designed it and someone manufactured it. Or like others manufactured by a number of makers or manufacturers.
