Yes, just email our archivist Laurie at archives@assra.com and get the search set up. He has all the available records for Eric Johnson's work.

The statement below is taken from the Archives link. The original poster stated barrel was from Eric Johnson not CC Johnson. Figured he might want to follow up with ASSRA Archives based upon the statement.

"Search of the Eric Johnson shop notes for the listing of who originally ordered your Eric Johnson .22RF barrel and when it was delivered. $10 (but not guaranteed to be found.)"

Thank you Sir!

Neat rifle. Love the Vaver sight.

When people ask what that is on the side of my rifle I tell them it's a sight tuner.

THAT is hilarious!  Of course, today’s young folk won’t get it.  *sigh*

A superb instrument, for sure. One for which I would cheerfully live on hot dogs and beans for a month to be able to afford!

Am I mis-remembering that Eric Johnson worked with John DuBiel, first at Hoffman Arms and then afterwards with DuBiel until DuBiel's death in 1937, continuing thereafter under his own shingle for a couple more decades? (I have a Dubiel barreled .30 Springfield Style-T bull gun dating from 1936 which I often ponder if it was actually Eric Johnson's work.)

Nero said “Where would you find another one like this?”

That is the question I always ask myself when someone makes an insane offer for one of my toys.  I can spend time and pile up money, but for some things I can’t spend time and make those things appear.
