Friend of mine picked up Comblain, between .58 and 60 cal rimfire, any idea what caliber it might be? Thanks, moodyholler

Moody, I checked Kirton's book on the Comblain and all I see is that some of the early British Reilly-Comblains were in .577 Snider centerfire. That would be an uncommon rifle. Most of the ones that we see today are in some form of 11mm Belgian or for the small actions one of the British rook cartridges.
