UMC .25-2.1

I got several boxes from an estate that were going to be thrown out in a dumpster from if I did not take them.  I am going thru them one at a time.  Lots and lots of books, many written in German.  Found a small plastic case with three cartridges.  Two loaded rounds, and a fired one that had had the primer pocket drilled out to take a cleaning rod.

Cases are stamped UMC .25-2.1, a straight tapered skinny case.

Any one got any information on them?

25-21-86 Stevens, it can be a very accurate cartridge. I have a use for them if you don’t  Cheesy
