Went looking for a End Mill Grinding Tool and stopped by the Clearance Bin to take a look.  Lot's of Cleaning Patches, Jags and such at Very Good Prices.  I bought 42 items and with shipping it was $66.  Worth taking a look.   I don't think you need a License to go "Bargain Hunting". David 😉

I live close to one of their big store/warehouses. Picked up a 5C collet closer one time for my lathe out of the scratch and dent pile for about 1/4 price of new - it had a chipped handle, or something like that.
It's been a handy place to visit over the years.
