Help with an old project needed

I have a mostly complete 1899 Remington-Lee Factory Sporter in 30-40, .30 army. The barrel was keyed for two sights and a scope mount set, and the bore is dark and pitted full length.
The bolt head keeper is missing, but if built from two pieces would not be hard to do.
Sooo... Who would you recommend for a making new barrel that matches the factory profile and the missing retainer? I'm told the barrel threads are the same as on the rolling blocks.
