Maybe give Moyers cast bullets a call, they show .360 diameter 38 bullets in several weights.

Ballards may be weaker,
but they sure are neater!

Montana Bullets Works will custom cast bullets, but you might need to purchase a mold for an oddball. I have friends who don't cast and they send them their mold and get 500 cast up, and then bullets and mold are sent back.

Matt's ha 4 to choose from. I've been quite happy with his bullets.

That said, I mostly load .358 hollow base wadcutters in my break top smiths. They bump up and fly just fine. I use Matt's 200s for Brit stuff, and he even sent me 100 of them unsized and unlubed when I was looking for good things to try in my tight barreled 9.3x72R.

+1 for Matt’s bullets.  I’ve been happy with everything I’ve ordered in several calibers - including .361 round nose for my Iver Johnson break top .38 S&W.
