California Quality Bucks

Not shot with a single shot but they could have been.
I just wanted to share a couple of really nice California Bucks that my friends just recently shot.
One does not need to go out of state to and or to pay allot of money these two were shot on public land and at no cost to them.

looks like the bucks from the Diamond H ranch area near Covelo.i hunted many years on Ca. public land in Mendocino and Humboldt and never saw bucks like those.Great score!

Both were taken in Zone G37 and they were also both taken by a father and his son.
My Cousin and his Son have also taken real nice Bucks in this same area. 
This was also actually more geared towards Tom who I believes lives in Santa Maria Ca. 
And as we know who also hunts with a single shot rifle as well.

These two were taken by Cousins son and also on a none draw area / open zone in the near by Sierra Mountains. 
Both could have also been easily taken by Tom and a Single Shot hunter that lives here in California. 
The intent is that California does have quality game to hunt and one still can go out and to still freely pursue it. 
Also this was only two years ago now.
