I hope Leo Remiger is one of the participants here.   

His article on D W King resonated with me on several fronts; I've owned a few of the King Gun Sight modified handguns though the years and many years ago had a number of his shooting medals (which moved on to John Dutcher circa 1974).

The article closes with the mention of Orville Kuhl becoming the in house engraver.  I hope Mr Remiger has a photo or two of his engraving work.  As the owner of four "duck clubs", I suspect he worked on a number of shotguns, which are another of my collecting interests.   

Seeing Kuhl's "trademark scallop design on the borders of firearms" would be very helpful in attribution of work on custom guns from the early part of the 20th Century!

I found the story of the Miller-DeHaas action in the Journal interesting.  To the best of my knowledge, having visited the Millers at their shop; they told me Dean had to redesign the DeHaas.  From having been involved in the Coors matches, I never saw much involvement on DeHaas's part.  The rifle Dean and Cyle built me was the second of the Mk II series.

DeHaas was to write articles  on the action and the Millers were to build actions and rifles.  Never saw any articles by DeHaas.  I wrote a nine part series in Precision Shooting Magazine, but that was about all.

If there were others, I would appreciate knowing about them.
