In all the time I've spent gathering data from Gunbroker listings on the Stevens 44, I've never seen a custom job as tastefully done as this.  Wish I could afford it!

Has what looks like a skilled gunsmith's windage addition to a Lyman tang sight.

Yup...that's some very fine work, unusual to see such effort lavished on a 44 too.Nifty modification to the peep sight too!

There is a similar model 44 rifle that was just listed on Guns International, not quite as nice but okay. However at $1500 it’s sold already.
