Need Help Identifying this luber

The only markings are what I assume is the serial # (28)...no name.  Came with 3 inserts, .262, .324, .510

Looks like a Charlie Dell style luber, so probably made by CED or perhaps Willis Gregory.   Haven't seen one with a square section on the tube before.   If it is a CED, it should have an acorn stamped on it somewhere. 
They are amongst the best of these devices.   The only thing I would change is to have a circular knob instead of a cross-handle to squirt out the lube.  Serial #s on the Dell lubers ran up over 100 -- don't know if Willis continued the numbers or started again.

If it was made by C Dell it probably has a little mark on it that looks like an acorn but is really a chinquapin.  Ledball

It surely looks like on of Charlie's to me.  Charlie insisted on that fine knurling.   
Does the unit in question have a serial number and/or other stamping on the aluminum body tube close to one end?
