A shooting friend of mine has one he's used for .22 silhouette & has done quite well out to 200yds.  I shortened the barrel from 30" to 22" to make it handle better for off-hand shooting & fired several test groups.  Boy does it like CCI Target.  Shot 2 groups of 5 shots.  One measures 3/8” & the other 1/2” & both can be completely covered with a penny.  Also tried Eley Match (black box), also two 5-shot groups.  One was 3/4” & the other 7/8”.  So at least at 50 meters it clearly prefers CCI Target.

He later shot it with several brands of target ammo at 100yds, resulting in the following:
Average 10-shot groups at 100 yards are as follows:
Eley Match - 1”
Wolf - 1.7”
Midas plus 1.5”
Fed Match - 1.6”
Lapua Polar Biathalon - 1.25”
RWS 100 - 1.75”
Fed Hi-Vel Match - 2.4”
SK Long Range - 1.5”
Fed GM Match - 1.8”
Fed GM Targer - 1.6”
RWS 100 - 1.75”

I bought one a long time ago, wouldn't  shoot work a crap, bought another  barrel ,then decided to shorten the factory barrel to 24 inches, world of difference,  sent it to lee Shaver and had a single set trigger installed, sweet gun and will win matches.

BTW, the rifle with all the shooting results has a factory double-set trigger.

I have a standard single trigger low wall that I did some action work on to lighten the trigger pull weight. I shoot silhouettes with it @ 200 yards and hit 8 out of 10 most times depending on the wind. The nice thing is mine loves cheap Agula ammo. I will die with this gun! I had a deluxe double set trigger model with a repro Malcom scope on it. Just wasn't the same, felt heavy to me. Sold it off a few years ago, went out west.
