Dakota Arms Miller Action

I picked up this action which has two external adjustments screws showing. One in the front bottom of the block and one in the trigger. I got the ASSRA book on the Miller and it talked of three adjustments which mine does not have. Any idea which screw does what before I just start turning screws? Looking to increase the backlash a bit.

If it is a Neil Rice trigger the front screw is the trigger spring, turn it in for more tension; the screw on the trigger is the sear engagement, turn it out for more. If by "backlash" you mean over-travel, you have no adjustment for that. A picture would help identify the trigger, there were several.

Ed,  Congrats on your acquisition.  Since it was made by Dakota Arms, I would posit that they would have simplified the design somewhat for ease and economy of manufacture.  This is not necessarily a total negative and may be offset by better quality materials, but that is only a guess.  Pictures and a range report would be well received!
