CPA still in business ?

I bought a CPA rifle in 2015 in 32-40 and I would like to buy another complete rifle . I worked with Gail and only spoke to Mr. Shuttleworth one time, very nice people . I heard Paul passed on awhile back . Has anyone taken over the business ? Grandchild , son-in-law ? Did Paul ever take on any apprentices ? The website is still there . Thanks

Spoke to Gail late last week.  CPA seems to be going strong.  I think they are quiet busy, which is a good thing.
Mike.

Gail is going strong and the business is doing well. They just reworked my Benchrest Rifle under warranty and shipped it back to me with an explanatory note for suggestions with my bullet selection.

Their service and warranty are as up to par as ever. The recent passing of the founder is a side note, but he had been semi-retired for several years.

Ok thanks all good to know. It had been seven years since I had talked to Paul . I guess he did work way past retirement years .

We are still going strong here at CPA. I have hired three great new people in the last year and we have been able to clear some of the backlog of rifle orders and increase our production capacity. Our latest addition, Joel Penkala, has a strong background in both shooting and customer service so he will gradually be taking over some of my tasks. I am hoping this gives me more time to get out and shoot!

Gail is a great person to talk with.  They have a firm foundation, and still build great rifles.  I have one on order, that will likely ship this week.
