I am currently reloading for a Winchester 94 Legacy in 38-55. I also am encountering problems with the Winchester brass chambering with .381 cast bullets. The barrel slugs out to .380 and everything I have been told is that the brass I am using is to thick at the neck and that starline long brass will correct my issues. I could mill out the necks on the Winchester brass but that is alittle out of my wheelhouse. I am hopes someone reading this post would be willing to sell some starline brass . My order has been back ordered for 5 months. Please feel free to contact me if you have extra brass. Thanks
