I just aquired a minie ball mould made by Shiloh Products, but am having no luck finding any information on them or their moulds. It appears to be a quality, nose pour hollow base. Anyone able to shed some light on this hidden gem?

Shiloh in Farmington made moulds and a few other things.   I can't remember if that was before they started making the percussion Sharps or at the same time.  Must have been in the mid to late 1980s.

Shiloh Products of Farmingdale, NY started out making accessories for Civil War re-enactors.  Once they got going on replicating percussion, and later, cartridge Sharps rifles, the dropped all the Civil War accessories business.  The accessories they sell now relate mostly to buffalo hunting and black powder target shooting.

One of the Shiloh Sharps catalogs a few years back had the whole story written up.
