No sir, different lubing principle, which allows you to pick the grooves you lube and don't want to lube. Perfect for lubing heeled bullets and all others. They don't need a fitted "I" stem like the Lyman/RCBS. You can get Star dies from Magna or "Lathesmith" on Cast Boolits forum.

Star is Star only. From their presses to their Lubrisizers all is proprietary and never interchangeable except maybe the handles if your creative. If you learn how to set up and use this tool you’ll never be happy with the others. I’m a long time Star user so I am unapologetically biased.

Agree with RICK.   The Star is easy to make dies for any particular bullet and diameter, with simple lathe work, by turning them from hard aluminum rod.   Operation is fast and easy.
