Mr. Uhl & Gus Heye of the San Antonio Schuetzen Verein.  I have a pdf scan that is too large to post(I can email it to someone who can help!) that appears to have been taken at the same time with a different angle.
The records for the San Antonio Schuetzen Verein are in the archives of the New Braunfels Schuetzen Verein.
